New Additions as of April 2023
The following images—photos and paintings—are new additions since my last postings. I was hoping to place the previous postings in their correct genre but that has proven to be more complicated than originally planned. So here are some new additions. I hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoyed creating them.

Noah, Rowan, and Addison during the Holidays 2022. They continue to be one of my favorite subjects!

Leah was doing weekend detail at the Cat Hospital and I stopped by to visit and photograph some of the cats. The next few images showcase the cats.

I went to a large Dog Show in November 2022 in Oaks, PA. One of the few "bench" shows where you are allowed to get up close to all the dogs. The owners loved having their dogs photographed.

I was amazed at the detail and attention the owners paid to some of the breeds--especially the poodles.

I couldn't believe these siblings were so obedient and loved posing.

One of my favorite shots. These 2 dogs were just waiting to enter the ring.

Eastern State Penitentiary--absolutely eerie and beautiful at the same time.

Photo of a wall at the Eastern State Penitentiary. This photo is currently my painting project. Something very Wyeth about this scene.

View of the second story of the cell block at Eastern State Penitentiary. The design of the prison was meant to capture a cathedral appearance.

Still Life I created using 14 separate photos to get the lighting just right.

Morning dew on a fold of cabbage from my vegetable garden.

Iconic pose of this Great Dane from the Dog Show.

The last photo of my Dad. Taken on February 1, 2023, about 6 weeks before he passed away. I was so glad to have spent that time with him. He lived to be 95 years old and always with a smile. I miss you, Dad.

Still life painting I did after photographing an old pair of Iwona's boots.

My largest painting now hangs in my living room. 30" x 40" I created this image from several images I downloaded form the web and with Iwona's help we stitched them together to create this image to paint.

My first attempt at using an Infrared Filter. Taken in Strouds preserve. This filter adds a special effect to a B&W photo.

Trio of Amish men waiting to bid at the annual "Mud" auctions in Lancaster, PA

Amish man contemplating while at the "mud" auction.

Before Leah cut her hair we created this rapid sequence composite photo.

Longwood Gardens flower before blooming.

Bryant Park in NYC--ongoing ping pong games all day long.

Grand Central Station in NYC--Iconic shot of the massive hall.

Rowan about to crawl out to sea.

This was from a painting taken from my friend, Frank Manfrey's home. I loved that painting for years so I decided to paint it myself.

Rowan--absolutely adorable!

I posed Rowan for a photo project and he was well behaved.

Good thing I use digital. I can take 200 photos to capture 1-2 good ones.

September 2022 I hiked, along with my buddies, Craig and Artie, the West Highland Way in Scotland. Landscape was beautiful!

Another shot from the West Highland Way hike in Scotland.

Still Life of fresh produce from my garden.

Longwood Garden meadows in the Fall 2022.

This view of the multiple fire escape stairway in NYC caught my eye.

Another attempt using the Infrared filter to get special effects.
